We ship PAN India! Our shipping costs vary based on your order value.
We charge Rs. 150 for orders upto Rs. 2999.
From orders between Rs. 3000 to Rs. 9,999, the shipping charges are Rs. 250.
The shipping charges are on actuals for orders above Rs. 10,000.
Yes, we ship globally! To place an international order, please select the products you would like to purchase and reach out to us through WhatsApp so we can process your order.
The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your purchased products and your delivery address.
Our shipping charges will be on actuals. All customs and duty costs will be borne by you.
We are an experience-led store and only carry a small selection of products on our website.
We offer personalized shopping through our WhatsApp where our staff will show you products from the store based on your requests through pictures and videos.

At Paper Boat Collective, we work with small scale makers, designers and artists. All our curated items are handmade and take time to create. We also quality check every product before shipping to you.
Our orders take between 8 to 15 business days to ship to customers. You will receive an email once the order is shipped with a tracking code.
For domestic transactions, we use Razorpay as our payment gateway where Internet Banking, Debit or Credit Card, Bhim UPI, and Phone Banking are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions.
For international transactions, we use PayPal as our payment gateway.
As soon as your order is shipped, we send you a tracking number in an email. You can simply copy the number on the shipping partner's website and know the status of your order.
We do not offer cancellations once the order is placed.
We only offer exchanges for size or quality issues or store credit in case of unavailability of product within a week of order delivery.
We do not offer returns for any of our products delivered.
All payments for products must be made through our secure payment gateway and we do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option.

We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
If your products do not arrive, let us know by email or through our WhatsApp number and we'll get in touch with the courier company to track down the package.
