Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

A shipping fee of INR 100/- is applicable on all orders less than INR 10,000/-.

Shipping is free on orders above INR 10,000/-.

For items in the Lighting category, shipping charges have already been added into the purchase cost. 

We usually take 3 to 5 days to ship your product. You will receive regular updates about your order and the shipping status. Please allow 12 to 15 days shipping time for made-to-order products.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our products are not returnable.  In an exceptional case, where you want a different size or may have received a damaged product, you may write to us for exchange at shop@paperboatcollective.in
